Ballantyne Endodontics

I’ve now been a patient of Ballantyne Endodontics on two separate occasions. The staff are very friendly and make every effort to insure their patient is as comfortable as possible. During my most recent visit, I was most impressed with the quality of their diagnostic imaging technology which facilitated my doctor’s ability to explain to me how it is that she is able to make a clear, “100% sure” diagnosis. Ballantyne Endodontics is the only endodontist I will use. I would highly recommend their outstanding practice!

Everything was smooth from the first phone call! Receptionist was patient and kind. The assistants were friendly and Dr Reiter was fantastic. My first time going there and hope I don’t have to go again BUT if I have to I would go back to her!!! Professional and I had great results!!! 10/10 all the way

Ballantyne Endodontics is an excellent endo if you need a root canal. They know what they are doing. Dr. Tadrissi did an excellent job for me. I had no pain, he explained every step, and checked on me regularly to verify I was doing okay. He took very good care of me. I would use Ballantyne Endodontics again if needed, but I hope to never need another root canal. There are very few negatives, but I will mention a couple. The price is a little higher than other locations I checked, but they have state of the art equipment, so that's probably why. The only experience I didn't like is the music. For some reason they played rap and reggae music. I would have preferred music more soothing and calming. Having a root canal is stressful, so calming music would have helped. Regardless, Ballantyne Endodontics is one of the best in the Charlotte area.

I am such a bad dental patient, and I have to say that everyone I came in contact with at Ballantyne Endodontist were extremely kind and helpful. My root canal was a success after they determined the crack in my tooth was savable. I had an emergency to get this done quickly before a big trip and they were conscious of the need to get this done right away. Many, many thanks to each one there including the two doctors and their assistants! Please know you will always have excellent care from staff and the doctors. Quite amazing!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ballantyne Endodontics. I came in with significant pain, and every single person I encountered was kind, compassionate, and truly committed to helping me feel at ease. I wish I could recall the dental assistant’s name, because she was excellent — attentive, calming, and so supportive during a stressful visit. Dr. Chopra saw me first and took the time to explain everything she was doing in a clear, reassuring way. When it was time for my root canal, Dr. Reiter was equally exceptional — informative at every step, gentle, and incredibly compassionate throughout the entire procedure. The front desk team was just as impressive. Michelle was very kind and welcoming, and although I don’t remember the other front desk assistant’s name, she was wonderful as well. From start to finish, the entire staff made a difficult situation so much easier. I’m truly grateful for the care I received and highly recommend Ballantyne Endodontics to anyone in need of endodontic treatment.
